Refund policy
Orders & Confirmation
Request Basis: Placing an order secures your requested delivery date.
Confirmation: Your order is only officially confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by the Cookista team.
Availability: If we are unable to fulfill your requested date due to capacity, we will notify you as early as possible and issue a full refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
As all our products are freshly made-to-order and reserved in advance, the following cancellation policy applies to all orders:
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 120 hours (5 days) before the scheduled delivery date.
50% Refund: Cancellations made 48-120 hours (2-5 days) before the scheduled delivery date.
Non-Refundable: Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.
Order Changes
Order Details: Changes to the personalized message, design, or flavor can be made up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Date Changes: Requests to reschedule require a 72 hours advance notice and are subject to availability.
Additional Terms
Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including delivery information and personalization requests. Cookista is not responsible for errors or omissions provided by the customer.
Right to Refuse Service: Cookista reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or product availability issues.
Pricing: Cookista reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of an error affecting an order, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly and will notify the customer.
Delivery & Liability: Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time. Cookista is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, heat exposure, carrier delays, or theft after delivery has been completed to the provided address.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the perishable and/or personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.
